Drug Dealer Finds Healing

As a young child, Rachel helped her mom package up drugs and make deliveries.

She started drinking at 11, and using marijuana and Percocet by the time she was 13. Then she turned to fentanyl and heroin.

With her life out of control and the pain of brokenness destroying her from the inside out, Rachel decided she had 3 options:

  1. Die.
  2. Go to jail.
  3. Get sober.

Rachel decided she’d try to get sober and enrolled in New Destiny’s Outpatient Program. The medical assistance she got, including Suboxone, helped to curb her cravings. Participating in both group and individual therapy helped her heal from the trauma of her childhood and build a new foundation.

The drugs that once ruled Rachel’s life aren’t even a daily thought anymore. Rachel has a great job, is sober and at 25 has a bright future ahead.

Your gift today can help someone else find lasting freedom from addiction!
